Take a quiet break from your day with Claire Wemyss to gently build mobility and find some calm.
Each 45-minute class includes half an hour of movement, followed by fifteen minutes of guided meditation.
Students of all sizes, levels of fitness, and experience levels are welcome. Claire is committed to making classes accessible to everyone, and will give students an opportunity to ask for modifications so they can practice in a way that is safe for their body.
