Shipping, Refund, and Return Policies

Read on for our shipping and refund policies! If you have an issue with your order or have any questions at all, please contact us.


All of the products sold through our store are manufactured and shipped via a print-on-demand service. To make sure you get your order as soon as possible, we have fulfillment centres in the USA and Europe.

Printing your items will take 2-7 business days, and they will be shipped as soon as they are ready. Standard shipping times are as follows:

  • Express: 1-3 business days
  • Standard: 3-5 business days
  • Economy: 5-10 business days
  • No Rush: 10-20 business days

Note that tracking may not be available for Economy and No Rush shipments. Products may be shipped in multiple packages.

Please allow sufficient time for both printing and shipping via the service you select. Because we use a third-party provider, we are unable to modify the shipping method once your order has been placed, nor can we manually rush last-minute orders.

If your order does not arrive, please contact us within 3 weeks of the estimated delivery date in order to file a claim. Lost packages are eligible for free replacement.

Please note that parcels shipped internationally may be charged custom fees and/or taxes. We cannot alter, and are not responsible for, the fees or taxes you are charged by any government agency.


Replacements, Refunds, and Returns

We want to make sure that you are as happy as possible with your order. Replacements and refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • If your order is lost in the mail: please contact us within 3 weeks of the estimated delivery date in order to file a claim for a lost package. Any order that is confirmed as lost will be reprinted and re-shipped at no extra charge. Unfortunately, we cannot file a shipping claim for orders that have been marked as "delivered" in the tracking system.
  • If your order is defective or arrives damaged: if something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 3 weeks of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We are happy to replace defective orders at no cost.
  • If you are sent the wrong product: if you don't get what you ordered, please contact us within 3 weeks of delivery. We will make sure that you get the correct items at no cost. If the item you ordered is no longer available, we will be happy to refund you instead.

If you would prefer to receive a refund instead of having your order reprinted and re-shipped, please let us know when you contact us.

Refunds are not available in the following cases, although we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and inexpensively as possible:

  • if you order the wrong size or wrong product
  • if you change your mind and no longer want to receive your order
  • if you provide us with an incorrect shipping address
  • if you contact us more than 3 weeks after receiving your order

If you've just placed an order and realize you've made a mistake, please contact us ASAP! It may be possible for us to cancel or modify your order.
